About Rafter J Construction of Victoria, Texas

For more than 25 years, Rafter J Construction has been building across South Texas with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and taking care of the people who trust us with their projects.


Led by husband-and-wife team Farrell and Jennifer Jackson, Rafter J has grown from our roots in metal construction into a diverse design-build company specializing in custom homes, barndominiums, outdoor living spaces, commercial construction, barns, and metal buildings.


But Rafter J has never been about just the two of us. We're proud of the experienced, hardworking team we've built around us—people who share our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and taking care of our customers.

Our capabilities may have grown over the years, but the values behind Rafter J remain the same: work hard, communicate honestly, build with pride, and stand behind what we do.
